Billing questions
How am I billed?
Premium is billed once per plan period — monthly, every three months, or yearly. The price shown is the full amount for that period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can turn off renewal at any time from Membership settings. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Does Premium guarantee a match?
No. Premium gives you more introductions and better tools. No service can guarantee a match or a marriage.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Your profile, matches and conversations stay exactly as they are. You'll simply return to the free introduction limit.
